Close is also the crystalline Ichetucknee River flowing six miles through shaded hammocks and wetlands before it joins the Santa Fe River. And at the same time kick back and canoe down the Suwannee River. And visit the Old White Sulphur Springs Bathhouse in White Springs, Florida. When Spanish explorers visited the area in the 1530s, it was inhabited by the Timucuan tribe to the east and Apalachee tribe to the west who believed its springs possessed healing powers. The Indians considered the springs as a sacred healing ground. This became Florida’s first tourist destination.

We get customers daily that request price information. Unfortunately, log homes are not like spec homes where a developer builds many of the same types of units in one geographical area which allows them to determine a fixed cost. We build many types of log homes with lots of different finishes and structural components. Your choices from location, structural foundation, wall height, log style to the roof structure and more will determine your pricing.
We will need about 10-15 minutes of your time by phone to put together an accurate pricing quote. We cannot in good faith to protect our customers give any type of pricing or cost estimates without asking many questions. Our goal is to give you the lowest prices possible to fit your needs and budget. We want you to be happy from start to finish. We promise no pressure, no fake sales gimmicks and we will never ask you to get started, make a commitment and or give us money.
Log Home Guys does not normally sell Log Cabins under 1344 square feet unless it is built at same time as a larger home and or multiple unit developments.
Unfortunately this is the only way we have found it to be cost effective for the customer.
