We get customers daily that request price information. Unfortunately, log homes are not like spec homes where a developer builds many of the same types of units in one geographical area which allows them to determine a fixed cost. We build many types of log homes with lots of different finishes and structural components. Your choices from the location, structural foundation, wall height, log style to the roof structure and more will determine your pricing.
We will need about 10-15 minutes of your time by phone to put together an accurate pricing quote. We cannot in good faith to protect our customers give any type of pricing or cost estimates without getting all the information. Our goal is to give you the lowest prices possible to fit your needs and budget. We want you to be happy from start to finish. We promise no pressure, no fake sales gimmicks and we will never ask you to get started, make a commitment and or give us money.
Log Home Guys does not normally sell Florida Cypress Log Cabins under 1,500 square feet unless they are built at the same time as a larger home or as part of a multiple-unit development.
This is the only way we have found to make smaller Cypress log cabins cost-effective for the customer; building the main home and cabin at the same time helps reduce the overall cost per square foot.
